K&K Sound - Golden Bullet Solo Microphone

The Golden Bullet is an extremely powerful universal condenser microphone with clear sound transmission and high gain-before-feedback.
Due to its convenient size and versatile attachment options directly to the instrument, it can be used with a wide variety of drum and percussion instruments and with many string instruments.
It is recommended for non-internal mounting only.
The Golden Bullet Microphone has a sturdy 5" gooseneck built into the cable, right behind the microphone capsule. This allows for a variety of elevated positions.
An industrial strength self adhesive universal attachment System is supplied to accommodate mounting on all different instruments, no matter if round shaped or flat.

An integral part of this microphone is its preamp (not supplied in this package).
It provides transformer-less pre-amplification plus professional active balanced XLR output.
The preamp works on either phantom power or a 9-volt battery. It also provides the 5-volt power the mic requires. Upon customer request, a preamp model with 1/4" instrument line level output (e.g. for combo amplifiers) is available. This model does not work on phantom power but on 9-volt battery only.

K&K Pickups are RoHS compliant. Piezoceramic is officially excluded.In the manufacture of ceramics, lead is used as it unfortunately currently there is no functional substitute. The lead is incorporated in the ceramic, and is sealed on both sides by a silver electrode. The ceramics is mounted on a solid brass plate. From above it is provided with a plastic seal, so that the lead is so hermetically sealed completely and makes contact with the skin makes it impossible. Damage to the Pickup, because you could come in contact with lead. We are WEEE conform and wear exclusively for K&K products throughout Europe, the responsibility of WEEE.
